CNC machining advantages:

Automatic feeding: the feeding mechanism automatically feeds the main shaft, and the machine automatically stops and alarms when the material is finished, and the processing process does not require manual viewing of the material, achieving a fully automated manufacturing process. One operator can operate multiple machines at the same time.
4. High production efficiency: a machining process is completed for each revolution of the cam. Multiple tools can be cut at the same time, the processing efficiency is very high, and the processing efficiency has the advantages that CNC can't match.

Stamping can process parts with a wide range of sizes and complex shapes, such as stopwatches as small as clocks, as large as automobile longitudinal beams, covering parts, etc., plus the cold deformation hardening effect of the material during stamping, the strength and stiffness of stamping are higher.
4. Stamping generally does not generate chips and scraps, consumes less material, and does not require other heating equipment, so it is a material-saving and energy-saving processing method, and the cost of stamping parts is low.
